These Terms govern your use of Yachtiva, operated by SkipSeek Inc. By using the site, requesting an experience, or holding a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

Yachtiva presents curated luxury experiences on the water and lets you request them through our concierge. A submitted inquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. Experiences are arranged individually and are subject to availability, weather, vessel and operator terms, and a separate booking agreement and applicable waivers provided at the time of booking.

SkipSeek Account

Sign-in uses one SkipSeek Account shared across SkipSeek brands. Authentication alone grants no paid access. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Yachtiva Club membership

• Membership (including the limited Founder’s Circle launch tier) is a separate, paid product billed through Stripe at the price shown at purchase.
• Membership confers the privileges described on the site; it is not a charter purchase and does not by itself include any experience.
• Owning a Yachtiva membership never grants access to any other SkipSeek brand’s product.
• Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your account at app.skipseek.com. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Yachtiva name, content, and design are owned by SkipSeek Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Experiences on the water carry inherent risks and are delivered by vessel owners and operators under their own terms; to the fullest extent permitted by law, SkipSeek Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any experience.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
