Yachtiva(“Yachtiva,” “we,” “us”) is operated by SkipSeek Inc. This policy explains what we collect when you visit Yachtiva, request an experience, or hold a membership, and how we use and protect that information. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Concierge inquiries.When you submit the “Request Your Experience” form we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, preferred date, number of guests, occasion, destination, and any message.
• Your SkipSeek Account. Authentication uses a single SkipSeek Account (email and password) shared across SkipSeek brands. We process your email and account identifiers to sign you in.
• Billing. Membership payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Usage data. Standard technical data (such as device, browser, and pages viewed) and essential cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use information

• To respond to your concierge inquiry and arrange experiences.
• To provide and manage memberships and process payments.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To communicate with you about your requests and account.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run Yachtiva on our behalf — including Supabase (database/auth), Resend (concierge email), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting/delivery) — and where required by law.

Your SkipSeek Account & memberships

One SkipSeek Account signs you in across SkipSeek brands, but signing in grants no paid access on its own. Memberships (such as Yachtiva Club) are purchased separately and are never automatically extended to other brands. You can view and manage your account and memberships at app.skipseek.com.

Data retention & your rights

We keep inquiry and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. To make a request, email concierge@yachtiva.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your signed-in session. We do not use them to sell your data.

Children

Yachtiva is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
